The Batavia VA Western New York Healthcare System provides geriatric and rehabilitation services, separate residential post traumatic stress disorder units for men and women, and outpatient services.

The chaplain's responsibilities include performing religious rites, conducting worship services, providing confidential counseling and advising commanders on religious, spiritual and moral matters. Chaplains are commissioned officers stationed wherever there are military members, including combat environments.

We are a unique center that studies how violence, maltreatment and other traumas affect human development and family relationships. We use our findings to provide evidence-based programs and services for at-risk children and families.
